Babarol

The story of the 10-day Street Food Festival began in May 2022 when a fusion of a unique gastronomic offer and exceptional entertainment was created. The festival takes place on the plateau of the fortress Kamerlengo.

This year, the street food festival will return in an improved version, with even more diversified and impressive gastronomic offer which includes juicy burgers, plant-based options and fine dining specialties.

Chefs will be combining traditional and contemporary ingredients in mobile kitchens, thus creating a unique gastronomic scene. Moreover, the program is enriched with numerous performers, workshops, children’s and entertainment content.

Test your culinary skills at the O’rafijola championship – baking the most famous Trogir’s dessert. Moreover, this year, in addition to delicious specialties, you will also be able to follow the finals of the Football Cup where Hajduk plays, support them and create new memories.

Because spiza (food) iz sweeter when you put your babarol (bib)!
