mVisitor

We present you a new innovative project that contributes to easier and simpler business management for renters, but also to inform and motivate tourists to explore attractions and facilities of the Trogir destination.

mVisitor mobile application is intended for tourist boards, renters and tourists. Its primarily objective is to facilitate the tourist registration process and the communication between tourist boards and renters.

Moreover, after downloading the application, landlords can use their mobile devices to register their guests in a much simpler way than usual. The application also enables digital reading of personal documents and automatic transmission of data required for tourist registration in the national tourist registration system eVisitor.

mVisitor enables improved exchange of information, given that the application provides the possibility of delivering special notifications from tourist boards to renters.  The application was developed by the company Intersoft Technologies and Trogir Tourist Board is among the first at the state level to provide its renters with the possibility of simpler guest registration via completely free mVisitor application.

Short instructions for renters:

• Download the mVisitor application from the Apple Store or Google Play Store
• After installation, log into the application with your OIB (username) and password (the password you use for eVisitor)
• In the application, create and print a document with a QR code and place it in your facility
• The guests scan a „QR code“ which takes them to a personalized website, where they enter personal data and send it to you for authorization

OR

• You can send the guests a personalized link directly from the mVisitor application, which they use to enter data and send back to you for authorization

OR

• Through the mVisitor application, you can digitally scan guest’s data or enter them manually

After checking the guests data, by clicking on the „Register Guests“ button within the mVisitor application, you register them on eVisitor.
